Tatyana Sergeevna Martynenko was born on July 17, 1959. In 1982 she graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute with a degree in Electrical Insulation and Cable Engineering. From 1982 to the present, he has been working at OAO VNIIKP.
In 2006, she underwent professional retraining in the field of legal protection and use of intellectual property at the Russian State Institute of Intellectual Property (RGIIS).
Since 2016, she has been the head of the Department of Quality Management, Regulatory and Technical Documentation and Intellectual Property.
Martynenko T.S. manages the integrated management system of JSC VNIIKP implemented at the Institute, leads the work on the development of regulatory documentation, provides organizational, methodological and consulting guidance for standardization work in the departments of the institute and at cable industry enterprises, performs the task of commercializing the results of the intellectual activity of the institute, resolves issues of conclusion license agreements.
She repeatedly made presentations at international, all-Russian and industry conferences and seminars.
